Have purchased about a dozen items from KGB deals. The most difficult company to process returns and refunds. Purchased a "new" tablet with a long hairline scratch from their affiliated vendors. Although the vendor wanted to process me a refund, KGB deals delayed and delayed my request. What company has no phone numbers for their customers??? That's just crazy!

All inquiries must be done by email. There is no push to make customers happy. 4 months after I started this complaint, I still have no tablet and have repeatedly emailed them for a supervisor to contact me. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER, EVER, EVER purchase from them!!!!
