KHOV is a bad company and bunch of lyres. They will promise a lot of things to close the sale but you will never see it in your house. Also never ever close your home unless you have everything they have promised. Once you close your home, they will never respond to your complaints. They will also not give you anything they promised, during the close. I have that issue with me and I filed complaint to BBB and its still pending. That also show that they don't care.

First of all the person who filed this complaint should learn to spell before she starts complaining.
With any legal transaction you must get everything in writing. This person should not be complaining; I'm sure the problem is that there is no communication between the company and them.
I own a Hovnanian Home and love it.
