I was also ripped off by Kids.com. I was told the same story by Maria Torres. They sent me an exclusive letter, I took the pictures in May and have mot heard from them since. I tried looking up the website and can't find it, nor my son's picture. They promised five years of pictures posted on their website. I would like to join any suit against them.
