two years ago i signed my daughter up for this modeling agency and they requested the $595 flat fee for the five years which was paid directly to them via check then go to Moto Photo and pay $29.95 every 3-6 months to update their pictures and send in stats i did so,i wanted to check the site wondering why no calls etc. and it no longer existed and I saw all these potential claims and now filing same due to misconduct and misleading contract and no longer honoring their 5 year commitment.
