I just received a letter from the New Jersey Office of the Attornery General, I have been contacting them regarding kids.com for over a year now, simply stated in the letter is that Alfred Bagwell has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy on February 16, 2007. You can contact 914-390-4060, or www.nysb.uscourts.gov to inquire about filing a proof of claim. Other than that I think we are all out $600.00 bucks..I wish there were some way we could all file a civil suit against him, but don't k now how to contact anyone.
