The entertainment industry is a rewarding and hard way to make a living, and one of last things any aspiring professional - especially an actor needs - is to lose time, money, and faith through associating in what I would consider "less-than-honest" people. In the interest of professional courtesy, I feel compelled to reveal my own recent experience with someone who has proven to be less than forthright with me. I hope my losses will prevent someone else from being in a similar situation. 

Earlier this summer, Kim Pease invited me (casting director) and my team to come to Northwest Arkansas to provide our Casting Workshop to area actors. Our understanding was that we would be completely reimbursed for expenses and paid a rate for two sessions of the workshop. This agreement was not honored in full. I am currently in debt for my expenses. We were asked to buy flights twice, after Kim Pease cancelled the original date, assuring us that she made tickets sales strong enough to cover the added expense of flight changes, only to find out later that this was not true. 

 After numerous attempts to contact Kim Pease, she has failed to compensate me and my team for all our hard work. 

Kim Pease collected an up-front deposit from those who attended the sessions, so she profited from our business agreement. She cashed in on the good name and reputation of Morgan Casting, and I feel that her actions were both disappointing and unethical. Morgan Casting will never again work with Kim Pease or her agency, Faces Inc Agencies Worldwide (FIA). It is in my opinion that anyone who works with her should take caution.
