>Stay away from Kim Fritzler who calls her kennel Windrock. She lives in the Clifton, Colorado area. We learned about Kim on on line advertising and when I contacted her she was all sweetness and bragged about her dogs and all that she had done with them. We discussed the puppy I wanted, she said it was still available and I sent her a $300 deposit. When the day came I was to get the puppy Kim said I couldn't have it as something happened to my puppy, and then she tried to sell me an older dog. This was not acceptable to my family, as we wanted a puppy. She kept offering many other dogs, all older of other breeds. I told her that the agreement was for a puppy and since she apparently didn't have what we had originally agreed upon, that I wanted my money back. She said she would send me another puppy. After MONTHS of waiting, Kim finally sent me a puppy. I was shocked when I was finally able to pry it out of the back of the crate. I was shocked by what I saw. It was a very unhealthy looking puppy that was scared to death. We immediately took it to our vet. She didn't like the way the puppy acted either-said it hadn't been properly socialized. It was full of worms. Our vet also said the puppy was malnourished and something was wrong with it's balance--like maybe it had been injured. I returned the puppy and told Kim I wanted my money back as I fully intended to go somewhere else. She became a screaming B** and said that my money could only be applied to a future purchase.

I am Kim Fritzler and my husband and I of almost 30 years have WINDROCK Inc. We have a long history of breeding some of the best greyhounds in this country. As successful breeders, our long history includes happy customers and top winning dogs. We have a great reputation as being a reputable and ethical breeder and we have worked hard to maintain that reputation. Therefore, we are responding to this ridiculous complaint.
All of the links above referenced in the two bogus reviews written by Sherry Rodarmor (under one of her many aliases) link back to her Shefaro website (www.shefaro.com) which is a slanderous rag targeting many people with outlandish and totally false accusations.
Rodarmor goes to great lengths to fabricate her never ending story of deceit, but the truth is easily seen when one considers the facts~
Facts:
There is no file or record of any complaints of any kind on Windrock or Colin or Kim Fritzler with the office of Colorado Attorney General or anywhere else. Just one of the many Rodarmor falsehoods.
Francis A Roden doesn't live in California. He lives in Texas, not far from Sherry Rodarmor. He has a legitimate complaint with a mutt that Sherry sold him. He has joined scores of other Shefaro victims by filing complaints with the Texas Attorney General's office.
Sherry Rodarmor sold Francis Roden a defective crossbred dog. Windrock sells only greyhounds and rarely field bred English Springer Spaniels. We don't breed and sell mutts. Sherry's writing refers to 'dog' Hmm. Let's see this dog!
Elaine Summerhill is a reputable greyhound breeder with the kennel name of DM Greyhounds. Rodarmor is so busy writing bogus reports that she is forgetting which person she is lying about this time!
Sherry guilty of what she accuses other of being---
Sherry Rodarmor has been banned from several dog sites for abusiveness and customer complaints, one of which was Puppy Find and the other Greyhound Data. Her unethical behavior resulted in her no longer being a member of the Borzoi Club Of America and she has a horrible reputation with responsible dog breeders spanning the globe! Most contend that she is crazy. Her writing and irrational behavior supports that premise.
Sherry Rodarmor steals material and photographs from other people's websites regardless of copyright infringement and "edits" this material to fabricate crazy stories defaming people that she has targeted. She has had and lost multiple court appearances. Owing to her lousy record keeping and impossible coat colors of dogs she tried to register (those puppies disappeared), the AKC has mandated that she MUST DNA all her breeding dogs for their offspring to be AKC registered.
Sherry Rodarmor has bred more than 120 litters of dogs of all kinds, mostly in the last 10 years. Can you say Puppy Mill?
Sherry has stolen pictures of dogs and put these pictures on her Shefaro website and advertises these dogs for sale!!
Sherry sells icebeds and does not deliver. A well-detailed accounting of that is reported on RipOff.
Windrock has NEVER failed to refund money on a deposit. We have never accepted a sum of $300.00 as a deposit. We also send receipts of deposits received accompanied by a custom Windrock confirmation which includes a photograph and identifying information--would our accuser (Sherry Rodarmor) be so good as to produce that?? Failure to do so proves the claim a lie.
Furthermore, neither Kim or Colin use profanity. It is Sherry Rodarmor who uses foul language, even when writing about AKC judges (go to either www.baddogpeople.com or www.shameonshefaro.net. Both of these sites are well written accounts which lots of information to help consumers identify responsible dog breeders and how to recognize and avoid the bad apples.
On the Shefaro website (www.shefaro.com) one will find pages and pages of malicious writing, Rodarmor's crude attempts to vilify good people.
On our Windrock Hounds website (www.windrockhounds.net) you will be pleased to discover beautiful pictures of our renown greyhounds and lots of great information.
Sherry Rodarmor had an unfortunate business dealing with Anne Sheridan in which the money was refunded and the dog returned to Sheridan. The dog has been rehomed and is very happy with his new people. Rodarmor is lying when she states that Windrock was involved. It was not a Windrock dog and it wasn't bred by us and quite frankly, we never would have sold Sherry Rodarmor a dog as her poor reputation in dogs far precedes her.
Sherry Rodarmor spreads lies that have no basis in fact. We have NEVER sold a dog with a known health condition. Our elite status as being a reputable breeder would be forever tarnished if we did. We stand behind our dogs 100% and we have a three decade history of happy and many repeat buyers.
Furthermore, we have several of the top ranked dogs not only in this country, but in others as well.
That Sherry Rodarmor is consumed by jealousy and fixated our our success is all too evident.

Fritzler subsequently created a phony gmail account for Francis Roden, again with the same IP and WHOIS tracing information back to Fritzler.
We have contacted the Colorado Attorney General's office about Windrock and Kim and Colin Fritzler.
