Kimberly Parry Organics - Stock Scam Ripoff Stock Market Maker" scammed people into buying the stock; false run-up; stock sell off losing 95% St. George Utah

I received a call about this growing organic products company and how their financials would help deliver an increase in their stock price.  Well I took the bait and invested some retirement money into the ompany at aroudn $0.78 per share.  It increased to nearly a dollar within a week and when I tried to sell it, I wasn't able to easily.

The stock collapsed within 3 weeks of when I purchased it and it's now worth a penny and a half per share. The company's management must be aware this was happening - because why would their share price suddenly increase from a dime per share ot over 75cents?  Shame on them for not posting on their website that this was hapening and to be aware.  I'm sure many lost hundreds of thousands and they didn't do anything.
