I ordered several items from Kingdom Replicas which never arrived.  They were supposedly posted but without any tracking number.  I would have thought that when sending goods in excess of $600.00US the company would either use a courier service or at least a postal system which provides tracking details.

There claim is that the goods were either lost or confiscated by customs.  They were then going to reimburse the funds to my credit card which has never happened either, although they claim this has been done.  I now get no response to my constant queries, so they are simply not interested in sorting the matter out or it's a scam.

The client has been in contact with Support department for more than 2 months now.

As explained via e-mail, we requested and confirmed the refund of the amount $606.15 on May 10th.

We suggested the client should contact his bank to find exactly where this amount will be found in his credit card. Since the client may deal with other currencies besides the US Dollar, sometimes refunds take 30 days to return.

Not once has the client contacted his bank to get more information. 

We sent to the client our Bank Refund Authorization Code message and all the information necessary that confirms the refund was made but he has to contact his bank as well. 

Kingdom Replicas is extremely sorry that this situation is still unsolved and we urge Mr. Desmond to communicate with his bank to see what may have happened. Let us know of any updates.
