Kingsdown - Sleepys Sagging defective mattress Bordentown New Jersey

Bought a Kingsdown mattress from Sleepys in Bordentown, NJ about 1 year ago. Within 6 months of use the mattress started to sag substantially. Wife and I are both pretty thin people. This is not an issue of weight.
Since the sag is not visible it's not covered under the "warranty". At this point both my wife and I have to sleep in precisely the same spot each night since the sag is so bad.
We lost $1,000... Avoid Kingsdown.
