 After inaccurately being charged for a period of several months and requesting corrections to ledger/account and maintenance request going unresponsive, I decided to research this properly manager Kirby Taylor and long and behold here I found a complaint that was similar to our household's. He Never responds. He's never available and puts the blame on the tenant for his greed. I will Never rent or buy from him or the company he represents!
