- Within 12 hours of requesting an unlock code for my Motorola KRZR K1, I got an email stating that they couldn't unlock my phone phone and that my money would be refunded
- I did notice that they took my money via PAYPAL immediately
- However, I'm very concerned because after 9 days, they still have not refunded my money
- They are very quick to take the money and very slow to refund
- On another posting in ripoffreport, the company director said "We have refunded your order within 72 hours of placing it and wish you all the success in unlocking your handset"
- So I'm looking at that 72 hours and wondering why my refund is taking 9 days. For every person that doesn't get an unlock code, if they hold their funds long enough, I assume they are making quite a bit of interest on that money
- I will update this posting if I ever get refunded, buy I am not hopeful after reading about many other dissatisfied people dealing with Kirk Enterprises.
- Also, I did get my phone unlocked at another company successfully by the IMEI method.

Dear Ross Mair,
You neglected to inform that the email stated that you will be refunded within 28 days of the email issued to you. This is acceptable and legal guidelines for any standard company online or otherwise.
As it happens your refund has been posted within this time frame and as such your filing of this report is not only unnecessary but also factually misleading to anyone who chooses to read it.
We are happy that you now have your handset unlocked and also apologize that you felt the need to vent your frustration by unfairly labeling our company in such a way. We accept that not all customers will be happy ones and also accept that the small majority that are indeed unhappy shout the loudest for more people to hear.
It isn't a shame there is not a "Great Service Report" so that the majority of our customer who are extremely please with our service can post their experiences.
Now you have your refund we hope that you consider this unnecessary matter resolved.
