Kirk's Collision Rip you off!!!! Rips off injured and hurting members in their community Star Prairie Wisconsin

Really upset.  I got into a big accident the first choice of towing company couldn't come to the site so we called Kirk's.  First of all Kirk's demanded a title even though when we went to the DMV they said by law we do not need to provide them with a title to the car in order to scrap it.  In order to receive a title to scrap the car we had to drive over an hour and back.  When arriving at the place we were told they charged us for the fee of keeping it that day even though we arrived before the day was half through.  We were told that the amount we were billed over the phone was $200 and that we would be called to pick up the scrap money.   When we arrived they told us the bill was only $200 but because we agreed to give the scrap to them.  They said they cut it in half because the bill "originally" was almost $400.   We should have received hundreds in scrap!  However if we wanted the scrap we would have to pay another service to tow it to another junk yard.  What a crock!  This company  towed us at MAX 15 miles and wanted $400!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Extremely pissed off.  Hell 3 full tanks of gas for that truck dosen't even come to that.   We have half a mind to report them to the Better Business Bureau!  I hope they sleep well at night taking advantage of people in their community who have already been injured or slammed with medical/vehicular bills rather than charging a fair amount for a service.
