Kjell Finstad 21st Century Fox Fraud in reporting oil and gas investments opportunities Houston TX

I am a former close associate of Kjell Finstad and now cooperating with the law enforcement authorities in both Canada and in the U.S. about fraudulent reports of oil and gas deposits as reported by the company he is associated with called 21st Century Fox. 

I am also cooperating with the securities regulators in all the exchanges where this company is listed.  When I learned of these fraudulent reports to lure investors in his investment scams, I stopped associating with him and alerted the authorities since I could be implicated in a huge fraud. 

I cannot be a part of defrauding all the small investors who have put their hard earned savings in his project only to have it worth nothing when this fraud is revealed.  I have also been informed that Mr. Finstad is planning to cash out of all his holdings and moving his family to a country where he cannot be prosecuted.
