The above statements made by Jane Marie Avila Ninke are enitrely false and in fact a part of the lawsuit I have filed in Maricopa County Superior Court against Jane Ninke and her husband Greg Ninke. CV: 2019-053119

Among the counts of the lawsuit that I have filed against Jane Ninke are: defamation, invasion of privacy, interference with business practice, harassment, stalking and more. 

This is not the first time, nor has it been the last time that Jane Ninke has harassed people. She harassed one lady-who I have come to know-jane Ninke harassed her until the poor woman attempted suicide. So serious was the attempt I had to get 911 to her location.

Prior to Jane Ninke stalking me, I had no knowledge of who she was. I do not know what sparked her obsession with me. She has been obsessed and has stalked me at least publicly since June of 2017. Her harassment and stalking knows no bounds. what you see above, that Jane Ninke has done is called doxxing. It has put my life in danger more than once. It is clear from Jane Ninke's statement above that she has some sort of mental health and behavioral issues. No sane person acts in the manner that she does.

Jane Ninke & her husband have stalked me to the point that they found my personal cell phone, calling to intimidate me, texting me, posting pictures of my residence, resorted to attempted extortion, started an online campaign of harassment against me, spread false information, and worse

Jane Ninke, along with the person who responded to her claim put an open death threat with my residence & legal name on twitter. That is also a part of the lawsuit against Jane Ninke & Greg Ninke

For some introspective, I had a medical malpractice case against a local hospital for tragic misdiagnosis which lead to me almost dying and a lifetime of medical complications. Some how Jane Ninke spoofed emails, and cost me that lawsuit. The attorney had been trying to sleep with me for 2 years, but I had always deflected. I recorded hours of his phone calls in which he attempted to get me to sleep with him. He is an unscrupulous person, however, as I was already in a contract with him, I could not fire him as my attorney. 
Jane's interference into that lawsuit-costing me potentially millions-is also a subject of the current lawsuit I have against her. 

Further examples of Jane Ninke's obsessive behavior include that as she continued to stalk me, found out I was sexually assaulted in 2014. I did not report the sexual assault for a year, until the assaulter started to threaten me. I kept silent bc I feared losing my job. Which I did. The day after putting a restraining order on the doctor who assaulted me. That is the reason I was let go from my job. Not these defamatory statements Jane Ninke has made. I even recorded the meeting in which I was dismissed, and I was told that it was in fact due to me putting a restraining order against my attacker who was continuing to threaten me.

Jane Ninke took it upon herself to contact the man who sexually assaulted me. Jane Ninke has several times posted graphic details of my sexual assault online. Boasted of how she has contacted the man who assaulted me, who of course will deny it.

Ask yourself, what sane person would post graphic details of another person's sexual assault & contact the man who sexually assaulted another woman?

Jane and her husband have resorted to intimidation tactics such as threatening me with rape, threatening myself & my former attorney with gun violence (my former attorney withdrew from the case because she lives near Jane & Greg and feared for her safety). She has made several of these threats against me. She and her husband have continued to make threats on my life. She has publicly made wild inaccurate statements regarding my PTSD. She has made my PTSD a part of her campaign of harassment against me. Also a part of the lawsuit I have against Jane Ninke.

There is no FBI report. Jane Ninke regularly threatens to report everyone to the FBI, CIA, the police, and more. The fact of the matter is, any one can call any of these agencies and "report" it's what people with severe mental illnesses do all the time. Insane conspiracy theories. Her twitter is full of them regarding many people and organizations, not just me.This is yet another example of Jane's erratic and obsessive behavior regarding me.  

There are no lawsuits against me in regards to stalking men or whatever other incredulous claim Jane Ninke has made. My attorneys and I can not pin down if she actually believes the stuff she says or not? Either way it is a clear indicator of severe mental illness on her part. That much we do know.

In regards to Ripoff report, anyone can file any report on anyone they wish. There does not have to be factual elements at all to these reports. Nothing is fact checked. You do not have to provide your legal information to file a report. I was fortunate enough that Jane Ninke was bold enough to put it in her name.

In fact most people with half a brain to realize this about ripoffreport Once it is filed, it is there. If you read the terms of service, it can not be taken down. not even the person who filed the original complaint can retract their statements.

the most I can ever hope for is to have my legal name & other identifying information redacted. Which my attorneys and I are working for an order to have that done. If you are an innocent bystanders in the rantings of a severely mentally ill person, like I am the unfortunate reciepant of Jane Ninke's, there is not much I can do. Legal issues cost money. I have at no small expense filed this lawsuit mentioned above against Jane Marie Avila Ninke & her husband Greg Tanner Ninke.

Lawsuits take time and money. Not only has the lawsuit been at a great personal cost to me, but so has this whole ordeal, going on over 2 years. The effect on my life has been so traumatic that it has cost me employment, aggravated my PTSD & depression to the point that I struggle daily. Imagine being sexually assaulted, then some severely mentally ill person contacting the man who assaulted you. Does that sound like sane behavior to you?

So again. To Recap. Jane Marie Avila Ninke's statement was wholly defamatory. I have not stalked anyone. There is no FBI report, and whatever else she has stated. Her entire statement is false. her statement was the rantings of a severely mentally ill person. To be honest, I have left it to my attorneys to read and handle because even looking at this causes me to spiral into the deepest and darkest depression.

My first attorney thought that it would be wise to not respond due to the Streisand effect. And we agreed that giving Jane Ninke the attention she so depserapely craves would only bolster her. But this is effecting my daily life. 

And once again, anyone can file a report on anyone or anything on ripoff report with out ever using their legal name, legal information, or one factual piece of evidence. There is no review process, etc. Ripoff report is a well known tool of stalkers and harassers to use to torment their victims, which is what Jane Ninke has done here.

I am confirming this report since many CMD performers have said she was let go from the site and then created a campaign of terror against the site and its prior owner. Its a shame someone has that much time on their hands that they have to try and destroy a site and harass the sites performers. Its also pathetic she made a fake report on another performer on here because she is an agngry, bitter person. Move on and worry about yourself and stop acting like a five year old
