KM17 Enterprises KM17 Enterprises Also Known As Sweet Boots Ordered a pair of 259 dollar boots back in January of 08 , it is now August and they keep telling me the merchandise is not in or to give them 1 or 2 more weeks and I will get a refund. Same excuse all the time. Lately I do not get a response. Lowell Massachusetts

I'm writing that KM17 Enterprises Infinity Enterprises aka Sweetboots has taken my money and failed to deliver merchandise after several months. They stole 259 dollars. I email endlessly and get the same response all the time....
"they have not come in yet from spain," or " give me 1 or 2 weeks and if they are not in with next shipment then we will definitely refund you." I have been persistant and lately have not recieved any response. I'm seriously thinking about consulting a lawyer.
