KMART So unfair to the employess, they dont get no breaks, they work way more than the managers when all they do is sit in the break room and eat all day. royal palm beach, Florida

I used to work at Kmart over in Royal Palm Beach, Florida and they've treated there employees so unfair. Have us working without breaks but put in there books as if we have taken breaks. The manager dont do any thing but sit in the break room and eat all day.... The only time they  come out on the floor to do something is when they hear about the regonal or distant Managers comming in and that when they really want to work us all of the work for a little bit of pay. They hire you as part time with minimal wage and without any benefits and raises. They like to hire teenager beacuse they think thant they want complain about it... and then you have the securtiy officer they dont want to watch the customer but want to watch the employees instead when he's the one ripping Kmart off. He come to work with a daffel bag , comes in with it flats but before he leave for that day OMG this bag  to stuffed and full the alarms have even went off on him but he never let us check his bag.. we've went to the store manager to many time on him but she never say anything about it. I remeber I want to her myself and she told me to nit say anything and to kept it between me and her and that she will take care of it. and she didnt. They to cheap to hire other peoples we have like 5 or 6 peoples per shifts that's encluding the one cashier, one service desk asst, one in softlines one in eletronics one in HBA and the manager  and the expect for us to have the whole store stranghten before we close now remind you we also have to ring up the customer as well. Those managers only look out for their self and not for their employees.. They all kind of family member working in their togather one family ok ya'll the mother works in the cash office the son is the manager cashier and the aunt is one of the leading managers this store is sooo unprofessional. I want to know who can I talk to about this store... Because the law requires if your working over 4 hour you reqired a break and this securtiy officers he need to be turned in because he's taking more then the customers is... He 's never in the securtiy room he's ethier in the eletronics dept or the jewlery department he takes the stuff in his offise the u nvere see him bring it out.( he bring it out alright but it;s in his daffle bag).
