Contact the FBI if you are a victim of this comany and report this Criminal. He goes by many names, these are only two. Bill Taylor or Kevin Sianez. He also has many company names however they all have KMS in the main title. His newest company is 4 front Investigations. He will threaten you if you challenge him or his company. If this "person" was legitimate and followed thru with his many promises there would NOT be so much activity on this web sight! The FBI and the Justic Department have been brought in on this case and are asking all victims to contact them with examples and documentation. We are the new owners of KMS Inc and have been informed of this persons posting. Ms. --- and her daugher lost custody of their minor child (grandchild) in the case of this person who posted this. They were furious with the Judical system for awarding custody of the minor child to the father and his wife.

--- retained investigative services to reverse court awarded custody of her daughter by way of defaming the father and his wife. The father is an enlisted Navy personnel and ---- tried numerous ways to get him discharged dishonarbly. Here a military man proudly fighting for our country and this person even accused him of being a child molester to get him discharged. In addition this person claims to be a member of the Bar association and has tried to manipulate the judical system to overturn the awarding custody of the minor to his father.

Facts revealed no evidence of molestation and in fact parents appeared to be suitable in every way. This is a prime example of a person full of anger and looking for revenge because she lost custody of her child by court order. We will not stand by particuarly in this time of War and let one of our heros in the military be accused of wrong doing in such a way to have custody reversed to this poster and ruin his military career and good name.

Its wrong, its evil and its illegal actually. We have reported her to the Bar association, Law Enforcement on State and Federal level, BBBand informed the courts of her misleading facts to manipulate the custody outcome in a judical proceeding and requesting the custody order stand in favor of the father.

This poor minor child has been used like a pawn in a game of chess and when the court systems rightfully determine the father to be the better parent the loosing party goes on a vicous rampage to have him discharged from service with the U.S Navy and destroy his life.

This is the worst kind of person. A person who sits in her arm chair and tries to destroy the lifes of in this case a Hero who is fighting terror for his country.
