       My wife and I were happy to see a home in the country for sale by land contract. We have three children and two pets. We put a down payment on the home and paid our 787.00 first month, then moved and sold our home in the city for what we owed. After almost a year and added expenses to fix things that were not disclosed to us, we get a letter saying KMS did not pay the bank and the home has been sold at foreclosure sale and we have 90 days to vacate. Stephanie Handy and Mark handy had personally screwed over twenty seven some families. People like this belong in prison! But of coarse they had some how legally broke the law! There kids go to my childrens school and brag about all of there riches. They walk around flaunting their Ipod touch phones and look down on other kids with out the material things that other families can't afford, because they PAY their bills! Now I know where alot of my money went. I have cancer and this is just devastating! And we have no clue where to start!
