KUB Called Me today stating they had done an audit and found I had an unpaid utility bill from 1995 I have been a customer for several years with KUB and have always paid my bill, now 17 years later they call me and said they were going to add
the unpaid balance to my next bill I told them I needed proof of this bill but didn't offer me any
