 Kon/Struction LLC by Konstantine Araventinos is a con man.  He robs your money and does not give you your home.  He will not update any plans and his contract is phony.  DO NOT sign anything with this company.  They will ROB you blind and NEVER build your home to complete.  He asks for money upfront and NEVER completes the projects.  He is currently under litigation with four people.  DO NOT hire this company DO NOT sign anything with this con man.  The positive stories you are reading on this site were written by him not by any client.  He robbed people from storn sandy and left them homeless. He runs a PONZI scheme.

I used Konstruction LLC last December (12/5/12) and I thought they were very professional.  They measured my home for a large scale renovation project I was starting.  They plans they drew (my house in it's current state as well as the projection of what work was to be performed) were submitted to my township's construction department and the official greenlit the project soon afterwards.  The turn around was faster then I expected, and I didn't put any money down.  Any messages that I sent were promptly returned, and I never had a problem contacting via email.  Was happy with the turn around and the work performed, and would recommend to others for future work.

I have just finished up work with KONstruction LLC (Konstantine Aravantinos), and am as thrilled as could be with his professionalism and work product.

Konstantine developed an entire set of architectural drawings for me ... I have to raise my house due to Superstorm Sandy.  The drawings were done to perfection, with complete accuracy and diligence. 

Konstantine not only helped bring my wife and I through a difficult process, but he took extra time to make sure that we were totally satisfied and understood the drawings ... including taking the time to explain to us several different ways that the project could be accompished.

What is most outstanding about working with Konstantine is that the job never ends for him ... after he is paid and the job should be finished, he continues to take you through the process of making sure the drawings are approved for permits.  He doesn't stop at the finish line ... he goes beyond it ... he quickly made a change that our zoning officer had requested, emailed it to the zoning officer, and received the approval back that we were waiting for.  He does all of this with an eagerness to work you through the process, and a great patience and understanding of what a difficult process it can be for the homeowner.

I want to recommend Konstantine Aravantinos and his company KONstruction LLC to everyone who may be looking for architectural drawings of any kind ... but I specifically want to tell people that may need an architect to prepare the drawings to lift their home after Superstorm Sandy, that you are getting a top rate architect, but more than that, you are getting a human being who really cares about your home and your plans ... and simply doesn't forget you when the payment has been made.
