I placed order with Koolprint.com for notecards and matching envelopes. The order took weeks longer to receive than expected. When I emailed them to ask why the order took so long they told me that they had to reprint my order because the first printing was of poor quality. When I received the 2nd printing in the mail, it arrived weeks later than they had originally told me and the quality was very very very poor. The ink had bled through the paper and our company logo was crooked and misprinted. The paper was poor quality, and so was the ink. I asked for a refund because there is no possible way our company would be able to use these cards and they refused. They also would not give me a phone number to reach them at, and there is not a valid phone number listed on their site.
I strongly recommend NOT using these guys for business as they are difficult to work with, and produce horrible work.
