I ordered some parts for my sons scooter on 7/22/11 & was charged the $75.40.  On 8/2/11, Kota Scooters again charged my credit card for another $75.40.  We never received the merchandise!!!  I attempted to contact them by phone but never got a response.  I e-mailed them & finally got a respone from Gary (THE OWNER) stating that he would never double charge on an order.  YEAH RIGHT, it happened to me.  He stated that he was out of town @ an event & would take care of it when he got back.  He NEVER took care of it.  I am still fighting to get my money back from the credit card company...THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD & NEVER EVER DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT!!
