 I purchased a dress from "http://www.kourvosieur.com/" which cost me $199 + $49.99 for postage. Super expensive postage but I was desperate for a beautiful dress for a wedding I was attending in Vegas. Not only did my dress turn up 3 weeks later than the time allocated on the website, but it also turned up faulty, with a thread pull right on the front of the dress. Not only that, the dress was absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. What was suppose to be a bright cherry red, turned out to be a dark burgundy red. Quality of material and stitching was horrid. I emailed the company straight away and also sent pictures. I asked for a refund as I was flying to vegas in 2 days time and would now have to find another outfit for the wedding.

The lady who replied couldn't have been any ruder to me. She said I was NOT getting a refund and that she would send me out a new dress to replace the faulty one. I told her politely again...... "Sorry, but there is no longer any need for the dress as iv had to purchase another outfit for the wedding, may I please have a refund?" She finally offered a refund, minus 30% "re-stocking fee" also minus the "$49.99 postage" WHAT THE HELL !!!!! No way am I accepting that. That's rediculas. It's been 2 months since I first ordered the dress and not only did they take my $250 but they also have my returned dress and haven't bothered to contact me or send out another dress. She won't reply to any of my emails to help me out or provide a solution to this problem. I'm so upset. I urge you to never purchase from http://www.kourvosieur.com/.

 This is absolutely crazy. I filed a report on this obserd website for the reason that I was totally ripped off and had nothing to show for it. Also after reading so many other reviews from very unhappy customers I Decided to write a "not so good review" which I believe you completely deserve. I find it very funny that once you read the review I posted, you then decided to refund my money. I'm wondering why it took such great measures to receive my refund? So YES, I received my $199 back........ Finally. Which I'm great full for (as I deserved it) although, unfortunately iv stilled managed to loose out close to $100 on 2 lots of postage that I had to pay to return the faulty products, as you asked me not to use the "return to sender" option for the reason that it takes to long to get back to you. (I also have those emails which stated, you would re-em burst me for the cost) Anyway......... Looks like many other people have had to deal with very similar issues as I did and I can only hope that no one else has to put up with this horrid and very unprofessional service.

 Listen Kristie Wiliiams from Australia. You know you got you money back after we shipped not one but 2 dresses that you sent both back we refunded less the shipping cost just as our policy states i have the emails to prove and im going to uplaod them if extortionist website lets it post. You are on sad person because its been 3 month and you are doing this now even after you have your money. You will never prosper.
