I was sent an "official" looking mailer telling me I was entitled to a settlement of up to $75,000. I talked to a lady on the phone who didn't answer in a professional manner, just "hello". She gave me a back story and I gave her my email address to send me more information. I also gave her my phone number. I hope that will not result in any identity theft sort of repercussion. She said I could have the option of 1) a reduction of my loan amount to %80 with 2% interest, or 2) wait until the suit is finished and get a settlement then. She said that RPM has already admitted to defrauding the government and that's why we were entitled to a settlement...

Business reputation

AUTHOR: MAXWELL - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 19, 2011

Consolidated litigation group's business reputation is quite extraordinary. Not
once in the legal process did I even consider filing a complaint against my
attorney. Through the banks evil means of predatory lending, i was led into a
deep black hole that I couldn't get out of. With their help, my attorney, we are
in progress in sueing the banks at their own game, giving the world some
rightful justice.

Information about the law suit

AUTHOR: D.H.Fleming - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, July 16, 2011

I try to modify my loan with Bank Of America (BOA) for 2 year, sending the same information over and over, I felt like a was just digging a hole, the denied my Loan Modification 3 times for reasons that until now it does not make any sense, finally I decide to file a law suit against BOA, knowing that my loan since the beginning was a fraudulent loan but when I see and realize how much I need it to proceeded with the law suit I lost hope. I contacted Consolidated Litigation Group, the person that I talk on the phone explain to me step by step the way of the processing, he also send me all the information about the law suit. Bank of America perpetrated a massive fraud and that BOA intended to deprive numerous rights and remedies for the problems they caused the borrowers.Right now my house is out of  foreclosure, and I know this is the only way that this lender will make changes, everybody should join this law suit and know that is not their fault and people has rights!
