I was on Facebook - came across a skin cream product - advertised as "free- just pay S &H - I ordered, gave credit card information. At the last page, they added a product I did not ask for; did not even know what it was. There was no way to back out, as they did not give me the opportunity to back out. They did not send anything to my email for several days. I received the 2 products 7-7-2017 and still do not know how much I owe them. This is not the way to do business. They should be taken off Facebook!

Krasa company and same happened to me

AUTHOR: Cathy - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 04, 2018

I came across a product on facebook and ordered the product Krasa and they sent me another product as well. I used the product as instructed and was allergic to it. Received product on March 26 called company on March 29th. The person who I spoke to I could not understand and had to tell him many times I couldn't. Explained to him that I was allergic and he told me to mail the merchandise back. Gave me instruction to mail back with authorization number and where to mail back to before April 20th. I then went to check my account today like I always do and they charged me 109. When I called the company got a woman that I couldn't understand hardly. I expressed to her the man told me to mail back with instruction. I had asked if they were going to charge my account and he said no. She first said she would refund 50% I said no I want to talk to supervisor. She told me one was not available. I told her I would wait on hold. She told me he was on a urgent matter I told her I would hold. When I talked with him I expressed the same Information. He told me he could not give my money back and there would be a restocking fee. I expressed to him I did not order the second product and he told me that it was a trial and that the time was up. I asked him how long the trial was and he said 2 weeks. I received the item march 26 and today is April 4 that is not 2 weeks. He continued to argue with me and said there would be restocking fee. I expressed how can the time be up and me be charged restocking fee when I did not order it. He then hung up after I told him I would contact my lawyer.

Same thing happened to me.

AUTHOR: Sharon - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, October 20, 2017

I ordered only 1 item. The cream. They sent me 2 products. Took money out of my account without my permission. They're only offering me 40% refund. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. Never happened. I was told they would give me free products yet are NOT willing to give me a refund. I was in the hospital so, never got to try the item. When I told them I only ordered the free trial for the 1 item, their excuse was the items go together. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS. The only reason I decided to try the cream was because it was supposed to be recommended by Dr. OZ. Can't trust anyone.

Did me the same

AUTHOR: Penny - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, July 30, 2017

Not only did they not let me back out. They charged me 10 days later for $105 for eye cream. Then 2 days after that charged me $109 for Krasa face cream. I called and got pretty angry got them to cancel " subscription " that I wasn't aware I signed up for because there was nothing in fine print saying that. Then I find out they were charging me for the items I had already received not for 2 more products. Best I could do after complaining they are ripping consumers off is to return the product for refund -$20 per item. I'm waiting now to see if I actually get a refund

Krása

AUTHOR: Julie - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 11, 2017

I was also a victim of this skin care Scam. I received two products after signing up for a free trial of Krása, only paying shipping and handling. The cost of the cream is $103 the other cream $109. If they haven't already debited your account call this number 1 (855) 322-0188. Cancel your trial! The only thing they will do for me is offer of 40% refund on each product
