KratomHerbs Blatantly ripped off and lied to - beware this company will scam you Lake Mary Florida

 I just received my order 80197 on Thursday, November 17, 2016 and I paid with a money order. I was very upset because what I received was not the 2 ml FST that I paid for. I have ordered this same product from KratomHerbs numerous times, and the amount I received in the past is easily double what I received that day. I sent an email describing the issue and requested a replacement or my money back. I have never had any problems with thr company before, and I trusted it would be resolved quickly and amicably. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from "Ed" apologizing and saying he'd ship out a replacement via overnight shipping that same day. I was appreciative and thanked him. Friday comes and no package. I politely emailed KratomHerbs asking if the product shipped and if I could have the tracking number. No response. I proceeded to email KratomHerbs multiple times but all emails were ignored and my package never arrived. In sum, I was blatantly lied to and ripped off by this company. I was a loyal customer for years and can't believe they'd treat me like that. Shame on you, KratomHerbs.
