Kreative.com War Non-receipt of services for website marketing from Kreative, LLC Bothell Washington

I signed an agreement with Kreative, LLC in July of 2019 and paid $15,500.00.  Over the next several months Kreative asked me to pay approximately $9,000.00 for their marketing program which was never mentioned to me within the first 3 months. 

I did not start the marketing program until the end of October 2019. In addition to this Kreative, LLC charged an additional $98.00 per month but would never tell me what this payment was for (other than marketing) after I repeatedly asked the marketing team.  Kreative continued to call asking for more money to help with my website but I declined.

Essentially, Kreative set me up for failure from day one.  They continued to control my website business I had with them.  A person named Tony Anderson initially sold me on this expensive program with approval from Aaron Diamond.  Many promises made but not many delivered.  

Kreative has not been transparent with me the entire time.  Most, if not all of their employees do not have a phone extension.  You call a number and never know who will answer the phone.  Furthermore, I would call and leave a message without ever receiving a return call.  I've even had a person (Kurt) hang up on me because I would not agree to paying additional fees for him to work on my website.

After 6 months into working on my website and having to deal with the corruption I had a nervous breakdown.  This was absolutely the worst experience of my life!  A Trying to work with Kreative was extremely difficult.  Everyone there is very elusive.

Kreative has several successful customers but most have a team of employees to work on their site.  I am experienced in website design and have created a few successful websites as a freelance web designer so I have some knowledge in this field.  

Each day I experience disappointment with Kreative.  I have learned that working with Kreative requires more than one person but they won't tell you this.  They gladly take your money and you are left to do all the work with minimum help.

I can't say enough about the horrible experience I had with this company.
