So people are aware the letter does look authentic it is very well drafted and formatted (except for one gramatical error) and if you have applied to some work from home or secret shopper employment opportunities (which there are quite a few valid and authentic ones out there- because I work some of them with great success) you can easily be led a stray.

Many people are not aware of every scam out there, however research is needed on any opportunity you find. Because i work some successful programs I knew what to look for ( however I almost missed it) doesnt mean the person trying the opportunity is greedy, cheap or a scammer their looking 4 work for home opportunities.

Check all such programs w/the BBB and other related sights like rip off report. Also if you raise your security filters on your internet most bogus websites will show as unable to access due to security risk (using Norton, Trend, Mcaffee) 

So have a little more compassion on the victims its not always so obvious whose trying to get over on you

This is a well known scam that uses other famous/well-known corporation in disguise to scam its victicms. It would work on those who are "greedy" and would think that they are getting money for FREE or close to nothing! If one has a common sense, the one would have found out that it is a scam (as many others whom I saw posted on this site)!

So when you are going to report something like this, you need to look for who actually is the criminal. Do not assume (or stop thinking) about who actually is the scammer!
