The hotel geral maneger Israel Rivera and timeshare sales manager Tom Fischer are head of scammers!!! I have to post the scammer's picture on the shame board here.
They lead their team to cheat tours!!!
They stealing tours money by cheating tours:
1. Their timeshare is 130% investment.
2. No fee.
3. Within 5 years to get money return.
When I found out the truth, they said they will resolve the problems, but these two scammers said: It is leagal contract, they did not breach the contract. Holding the money they stolen from tours.

I continue fight with the contract that the salesman cheated and made me to sign. For 5 years. Finally we reached agreement with the Krystal Cancun vacation Club.
I am satisfied with the result. I appeciate the Krystal Cancun Timeshare Manager Tom Fisher's efforts.
