Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was a member of Krystal Hotels timeshare program (Krystal International Vacation Club) about 5 years ago and sold my membership to a golf buddy. Since that time they have continued to send me information about the Krystal timeshare program as if I was still an active member.
On two occasions I replied and asked to be removed from their email and 'snail' mailing lists, however I am still receiving their info.
Hopefully they monitor Ripoffreport and will remove me from their lists.

How long do I have to rescind my timeshare?By law, you have five business days in Mexico to cancel the contract after you have signed it. If you decide to cancel the purchase within this period, notify the developer by email and certified mail. Keep the receipt as evidence you cancelled on time. You should receive a prompt refund of all the money you have paid, without any cancelling penalties, within fifteen business days
