Letter stated I won $125,000 and enclosed a check for $7,625.56 to cover administrative payment and taxes on my winnings. I was instructed to call Sean Peter to activate my check and get further instructions. A claim number was included. The letter was signed by Cameron McCuaig, Prize Co-Ordinator. The envelope had an Toronto Ontario Canada return address.

I did nothing but report and trash the material.
