Kucoin Kucoin promises rewards it NEVER pays out Mahe

SO- The Crypto world is new and exciting and there are a slew of sites you can sign up with to become part of this fascinating world. One of those sights is Kucoin. Like many others, they offer a host of tools and incentives to join their sight. One of Kucoins is their "beginners page."

The link inside their sight offers hints, tips, and guides as to how to become more knowledgeable on the subject of Cryptocurrency and how to trade it, purchase it and make money doing so. In thi sprocess they offer rewards and bonuses as incentives for completing each step. The steps are simple, such as, sign up for an account, verify your identity, make your first deposit make your first trade and so on.

Well, as you compete each step, they tell you you have qualified and earned your reward. BUT- when you go to redeem your reward, an error message appears telling you that you need to contact customer support to redeem your reward. Well, I have spent the last two months (plus) going back and forth with their customer support "team." Each time you reply, you get a canned response stating your issue has been updated, and then after a few days another canned email that says, "the team is looking into your issue and will work on it. We (kucoin) appreciate your kind patience."

Well, after 2 months of them pushing me off and denying any wrongdoing, they have responded by saying that I did not qualify for any rewarda and that there was unusual activity from my account. During no time did they state that I did not qualify prior to me reachng out to them and at NO point did the sight ever indicate to me that there was any unusual activity in my account- NOT UNTIL I REACHED OUT TO THEIR customer service team.

Bottom line- Kucoin makes promises that they clearly never intend on honoring, they take ZERO responsibility for their false advertising and are more than happy to TAKE your money and wish you luck in the future. 

If you have money to throw away, do not want to work with a company that truly cares about its clients, then Kucoin is the place for you.
