Some how this man can put your signature on other documents. We had been stuck in a NON Cancellable lease before. We told him we wanted to buy the machine out right and he agreed. I would not sign after the last problem so the boss did. Low and behold a NON-CANCELLABLE lease shows up approx 3 weeks later and we are stuck. Never, Never ever would we have signed any kind of lease after the first battle which cost us 5,000.00 to get out of.
Some how he was able to put the bosses signature on this lease. The machine that we got is a piece of crap. It doesn't take debit cards. Mr. Derosier had our old machine picked up and we were to get a refund of the $250.00 it cost to get the machine and we have not seen a penny yet.
I have tried to contact him at least 4 times and I get someone else. He did call me back once but never showed up when he said he would. I looked the machine up on line and the closest price was $350.00. This lease will cost us $4000.00. Why can't these people be stopped!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. He is a crook!
