Kyle D. Smith Theft by Swindle, "borrowed" money and never paid us back, wrote a bad note Stillwater, Maple Grove, North Oaks Minnesota

We lent money to Kyle for a two week loan on a property that he needed to fix up. It has been a year since that loan and we have not seen a dime. We continued to contact him and he continued to change his phone number, address, and email address. We then found out the note he wrote us was for a property he didnt even own!

We have given him so many chances and he just keeps putting us off. We also found out that he and his wife have been doing this to many other friends. I wanted to get this out there so that no one else would be conned by this guy. We have filed criminal charges. I just hope it stops with us!
