La Campina Mexican Grill ATLAS INCROPORATED APPLIED FOR WORK THERE IN 05/2009, WASN'T HIRED, WENT TO WORK FOR LA CARRETA ON 06/02/2010 , AND RICARDO SANCHEZ CALLED ME TO HIRE ME FOR THE NEW PLACE HE WAS OPENING 01/14/2010 I WORK THERE 2 MONTH Kingsport, Tennessee

 this guy Ricardo Sanchez . treatedme like I was stupid he put me down in front of peers and customers as well , he demands people to submit to what he says,if not treats with  termination at every chance he gets , tell people their stupid, idiots, also he has the guys in the kitchen working  7 days a week without a day off, they may get  half day off or not at all, the servers go home one half a day  aweek ands work all day and dont get paid their wages as they should,  he doesn't pay the guys in the kitchen even the minimum wage required by law,  because they are ilegals they don't say anything about it, i call the state and was told it was  federal issue because of the wages  call a number i was given call that number left a message for someone to call me back and never received a call, i figure they didnt care so i didnt bother anymore,  so nothing has been done about it,  a week ago i got a letter from the IRS  telling me that i Owe $2,512  because this company that i worked for in 2009 reported  $18,040,   that i didn't  reported on my Income tax for that year,  well i didn't work for this place at all in 2009,  and iits the same employer  as  i filled out my job application on 05/2009, this employer had my Social security number  he used it to probably report wages he paid in cash to ileagal employes, but them when i whent to at the new place he opened up on 01/2010 was for only two months i was there  from  01/27/2010 tru 03/15/2010 . can someone help me fix this , i worked at another mexican restaurant were the owner dont pay  servers  minimum the  wages required by law anr are getting away with.....
