Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Misleading 'Free 14 day trial' offer. You pay for S&H only. They actually send you more than a 14 day supply and if you don't go back online and cancel, they bill your account for 87 dollars plus change. They will charge you this much monthly. I called on day 16 when I saw the charge in my account and cancelled but they will not refund me the 87 dollars.

I did the same thing and was billed for $4.95, plus $87.63. This is a sham to get you to buy their product.

I ordered the "free trial" as well. After I ordered I saw another commercial and noticed the $80 someting dollar and tried to cancel. No luck as soon as I received the product in the mail I didn't even open it I marked return to sender and cancel on there. There were 2 packages so I didnt get a charge for $87 from La Creme I got one from Bella Labs. Didn't see a package from them and even if 1 of the 2 was from Bella Labs I still never used it and returned and cancelled way before the 30 days. So I get a charge from Bella and contact La Creme. Finally get a response of basically "duh what did you need?" So I resent all the information and now today I get another charge for $87.00 and a reply from La Creme of "We are La Creme not Bella Labs." So basically no help and as mentioned above I have no packages from Bella Labs. What a total bunch of mularkey. This is definitely a rip off.
