La fietsa Auto Sales UNFAIR REPOSESSION Houston, Texas
*Consumer Comment: File a lawsuit and or demand arbitration
On 11/04/09 Lafiesta Auto Sales sent a count wrecker to repo my car while i was at work. I had no payment due until 11/14. when i talked to collection agent(Pauline) i as told that they were trying to repo my wife's truck because she was default and reposessed mine since they couldn't locate hers. I only owe less than 2000 on this car and they told me to get it back ii had to make my wife turn the truck in and pay $1046.00 to get my car back. This car dealer is a rip-off and i would discourage anyone from doing business with them. Especially, if you are not a Mexican.

File a lawsuit and or demand arbitration

Did they repo you because of no insurance? They could do this. If they repo'd you because they wanted you to tell them where your wife's car was located, that was illegal and you can file a lawsuit and or demand arbitration and get your collateral back plus damages. I recently ran an ad in a local spanish publication and got all type of feedback from 178 consumers that have viable claims against La Fiesta Auto Sales and that are within the two year statute of limitations. This company wants to flex its corporate muscle against the consumer that does not have the financial means to hire an atty or seek legal remedies in court.
