I also reminded him the several of our parents had signed up for memberships and this was about more then just the training our players were receiving, the gym got a great deal of exposure with this deal. A day or two later he called back with the parents could pay $45 a month and not pay the set up fee or pay $35 a month and pay $149 up front plus the $55 per session that I was currently paying. That raised the price from $3500 a year to just under $25,000 for the year. I asked him what kind of deal was that and he told me that was all they had to offer, so I asked him to cancel both my gym membership and the training contract and I was told that I signed a contract and I needed to uphold it even though it wasnt for what I signed it for. Since then I have been going around and around with LA Fitness in Covington, the management and the corporate office without getting any ware. After searching online I found out that this type of thing happens all of the time and that it is very difficult to get out of any training or membership at LA Fitness.
