LA Fitness Toms River horrible Service Toms River New Jersey

It's amazing when looking for other people's complaints what you will find. I see a post just yesterday complaining about similar billing problems and the same location and the same people involved.

For the record, this guy Adam, the operations manager at the LA Fitness in Toms River is extremely rude and is a horrible manager (if you can even call him that) As with the other poster I have also had the displeasure of dealing with him.

Since coming to the club, not only has the service gone down dramatically, the club has become dirty and messy, they have hired additional staff who all they do is stand around and talk all day to each other or on their cell phones. This gym used to be a nice clean place to go work out in, now it is pitiful. The locker rooms are frequently dirty, the hot tub works every once in a while, the staff is rude and more concerned with looking at the girls and talking to their friends than anything else. The training staff is a joke, many of them are late and miss appointments (if they're not trying to get people to pay them on the side outside of LA fitness) It is no wonder why people quit this gym. I really hope the management of this company reads this and sends in an investigation on these people.
They really need help!
