This place is bad, Martha Elvira Velasquez is the owner and is a bad person, lies to customers, employees and even friends. She just cares about money. She stole from me and lied to me just to keep money. She also is involved with illegal and unlicensed marijuana stores.
She rents to them in her back building. She was the owner of the store with her son, and gets new people to rent the unit and then kicks them out ot get new tenants to take their money and do the same.
Be aware of her smile, she lies so perfectly. She is a pro at decieving people.

this place is under investigation. I recommend everyone on here get together and file a class action law suit against Martha the owner and teh cemaic tile shop
La Puente ceramic tile is a bad place, unethical practices, fake brands, and there seems to be real bad problems there. Stay away for your safety of money.

I also was ripped off here. I have legal pending action currently. We may need to gather more people for a class action law suit.
