My checking account was charged $99.99 on April 7, 2014 for a product my husband ordered. We have not received any products from this company. Coincidentally (maybe but probably not), we had an unauthorized debit from Mexico a couple of weeks later off the same card.

We did eventually receive product from this company. In addition, we received a call from the Lab88.com cust. service department.

Dear Kim:
I would like to address your comments regarding non-shipment of your product. After a careful investigation, we do seem to have shipped out your package and in fact have the tracking number which is USPS. 9400110200883191822988 shipped April 29, 2014 and delivered May 2, 2014. The item chosen by your husband was out of stock and we spoke with him April 16, 2014 , letting him know it would be a few weeks till shipment in this rare instance and offered him a free gift as well as the product.
Lab88 has been in business over 15 years and this is only the second true report filed. We addressed the other from April 11, 2011 and the person did indeed look into the issue and indicated that it was an error on her part. Kim, We very much appreciate your business and we are sorry that due to the overwhelming response to our products we were short on the one ordered. Still it was shipped as was the free bottle. If you have any questions please feel free to call us during office hours 9-5 Eastern Daylight time. We are completely USA based, we are easy to reach (as you know since we spoke with your husband letting him know his order was backordered) and we take each and every order very seriously which is why we have been in business since 2000 and have an excellent reputation.
Lastly, we have never ever had a merchant account issue, the charge on your card had nothing to do with us. From your filing below it seems you suspect the same. Still, please call our office and we will work with you and your credit card company to confirm that.
I hope that you will take the time to verify that your order has been received (the tracking number is above) and if for some reason you still have some issues we invite you to call us at 888.
