After I close my account with Elavon close my bank account ladco went into another account and to money.

I have explain to them several times I never signed a contract with them and I asked to see it they stated I had to get it from Elavon. Slavonic sent a copy of the contract I signed with them they don't have a copy of a contract with Ladco. I am frustrated and looking to join a class action suit
