Lady in the Shoe Productions Promised refund of $2000, has yet to honor Internet

The owner Kalima Abdul Kuddus promised refund of $2000 back in June, has yet to honor except for a measily partial payment of $385 nearly 2 months ago. Laid the blame on her marketing guy Zane instead. Ignored my urgent emails to expedite refund. Refused to explain why she couldn't refund from the company account, instead insisting on waiting on future income from her programs. I could go on but will save for a future post if necessary...

Tried to be cooperative with her in accepting payments, but she has yet to make any additional payments in 2 mo, and now has refused to give weekly updates as a courtesy despite my pleas. That is the least she could do as a business owner, but the last email I got was "You received a final reply. The next email you'll receive is one0 with a payment." What a lazy, unprofessional response and a cop-out. I should have known, as after I paid, she wouldn't answer the phone and emailed her clients saying to email questions instead of calling, as she is busy making us money. How belittling to your clients . We're not idiots.

In case you're wondering, her marketing funding program didn't work. I enrolled because I needed funding, and even though she knew this program was being run for the first time with her new marketing guy, refused to be transparent about that fact, or how much she's made when asked bluntly. I should have seen the red flags from day one. I will update if I ever hear back, but now going on 14 days without hearing from her, despite numerous requests. I will update this post if I get my money back.
