Ordered a pair of Pittsburgh Steelers sneakers that came with a free mug. I got the confirmation that my order was shipped I waited several weeks I never received the order, I emailed them and I got no response, I called number that was provided left messages no response. I tried several times after that no response. I contacted my bank and they said they could not do anything because it was over 30 days. This is very upsetting to me because I really wanted them sneakers.
