On May 31,2017 I placed and an oder for Steeler's Ladies high top sneakers that came with a free Steeler's mug. Order number with Laidback Loot #4791. I did receive an email from them that they rec'vd my order and a nother E-mail 06/12/2017 that they had been shipped but no tracking # or carrier information. I sent a relpy E-mail to support@laidbackloot.com asking for tracking # and carrier information. I never rec'vd a response. I called the customer service # and only rec'vd "can't come to phone recording.
