I ordered a torch light that was advertised by an EX-Seal! The advertisement asked only that I had to pay $4.95 to cover the shipping costs! A couple weeks later I had an unauthorized Debit withdrawal of $40.00 from My Checking Account! I Never Authorized this withdrawal at any time for any briefing! Only $4.95 to cover shipping costs for a flashlight they offered for free and that I only had to cover the shipping costs! I'm a 70-year-old Disabled Veteran! I don't live in Russia I live in the USA! I didn't get drafted in the Vietnam War for this to happen to me! I am requesting the $40.00 be put back into account!
