Lance Rictor continues to stalk and harass me online amd "anonymous" text messages, Lance posts false reviews on my company, one where he worked for us for a matter of weeks and was terminated for being a perfidious cheat, I have not heard from this piece of street trash since he was fired almost 20 years ago, but when his friend David Jones had an HR complaint filed at Hayward Industries suddenly the harassment commences, David Jones asks him to send me harassing text messages, file false BBB complaints and post false one star reviews, this unemployed convict Lance Rictor has no qualms about harassing me online and too much of a p*ssy to ever come say any of this to my face, all this per the direction of his equally cowardly friend David Lee Jones of Hayward Pool Products, neither one of these cowards will say s*** to my face but both talk a big game from a great distance.  Let me know when you Lance Rictor and you p**** David Jones would like to come talk your s*** to my face, I've invited you for years.  Last time I was headed to where Lance was he ran out of the house and sped off according to David Jones who told me Lance Rictor is on permanent disability, doesn't work due to a supposed bad back.  I approached his coward b*tch friend David Jones in person, he looked like he saw a ghost and said "we're cool" then later sends me an email after harassing text messages claiming he will kick my a** with one hand tied behind his back,
