Lance(lawrence) Piskura - 2 Freds Painting ripoff took $7500 to construc bi-level deck,remove old roof ,install new roof,paint,powerwash house supply all materials did not comply with contract to any extent Ocean Grove n.j.

Contract was drawn up by lance piskura to perform new construction on my home and to remove existing roof and install new roof.

Installments of money were made to him over a two week period amounting to $7500.permit for roof replacement ONLY was obtained fraudulently from the town of bradley beach. he did not obtain a construction permit which is also required by the town. he gave my son"s name as the contractor and forged my son"s name on the application.

He did some demolission causing extensive damage to my home and landscaping. he did not buy ANY supplies and had no crew as contract specified.

He lived in my home,as part of the agreement,rent free while work was to be done. on 9-28-05 i went to my home to check on the job and found a note stating that he was leaving and no longer "wanted" the job.

He left my home in TOTAL disrepair and open to the elements,he also did extensive damage to a bathroom in the house .

He also scammed my neighbor out of $1500 deposit for a roof on his house.

So far it has cost me approximately $1500 to clean up the mess he left.

A police reort and complaint were made.a warrant in bradley beach was issued on 9-29-05. it was discovered that he has 3 or 4 other warrants from different jurisdictions for similar charges.
