does not fulfill contracts (It has been over 1 yr and my home is a little over 1/2 complete)- took all of our contract money and disappeared - we have not been able to reach him in months - we are subcontracting others to complete the work. We have lost about $35,000. His workmanship is substandard and most impotantly UNSAFE (we had to hire an engineer to design how to keep our floors, roof and front wall from collapsing
